This is the privacy notice used by Lumo-hosted forms in the current MVP.

Form submissions are processed so the form owner can review and respond to customer requests. Lumo applies personal-data masking before sending supported content to the AI analysis pipeline.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, authentication codes, or other secrets. The form owner is responsible for the purpose for which it collects submissions.

This MVP notice is product copy and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a commercial launch.
